Custom and personalized orders are NON REFUNDABLE
Because these products are produced specifically for you.
All CustomGoldFlower styles are carefully handmade in our Studio.
Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 2-6 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order.
If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, I may be able to accommodate your request. Please send us a convo.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our items are brand new and are shipped with a gift box.

Lost Packages
Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit.
For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee.
Please note that some packages may require signature confirmation, so please contact your postal service to ensure that they are not holding the package.
